Follow the steps below to upload and install the theme directly from your WordPress admin panel:
1. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Go to Appearance > Themes.
In the left-hand menu, hover over Appearance and click on Themes.
3. Click on the “Add New” button.
This is located at the top of the Themes page.
4. Click on the “Upload Theme” button and choose your theme ZIP file.
You’ll find this at the top of the Add Themes page, and click Choose File, locate the .zip file of your downloaded theme and select it.
5. Click “Install Now.”
WordPress will upload and install the theme for you.
6. Activate the theme.
Once the installation is complete, click the Activate button to apply the theme to your site.
